IC-Haus is a standard iC (ASSP) and custom ASiC semiconductor solutions for leading independent German manufacturer, since 1984, iC-Haus is dedicated to the design, production and sales for industrial, automotive and medical application specific integrated circuit technology. The iC-Haus technology range covers high voltage, linear bipolar, high-density analog CMOS, and power BCD processes. Through optical process technology, the iC-Haus provides optoelectronic ASiCS: that is, monolithic sensors have been integrated into the system. The photoelectric and power chip assembly adopts standard plastic packaging, (soft) board on chip technology and flip chip technology. Packaging can be customized according to customer requirements (for example, the use of multi chip module): in addition, chip layout and circuit topology can be customized according to the individual needs of customers, to become iC-Haus unique ASiC.
